May 19, 2020I have been a resident for just over a year. Oak Hills is in a wooded area and is a smaller complex in Ionia, MI. with deer and birds to view. This complex is all on one level, with one bedroom. Each Apartment has a private patio, as well as a covered patio at the main entrance with tables and lounge furniture for residents to visit or have a quest stop by. The common area inside is furnished beautifully and residents can also gather there or at the tables on one end of the room. There is a ...bathroom and a kitchen for use, along with a laundry room and small private storage cubicals. Management and maintenance are present on Tues. and of course when an emergency occurs. The team is friendly, kind and efficient always willing to go the extra mile while adhering to rules so all residents have less confusion on how to live as a community. Overall, Oak Hills and it's residents experience a congenial and serene living experience to which I'd happily recommend.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
