Orchard Park Apartments

husband leaves for work, and then runs back into our apartment in a panic asking me where my car is at. I called the police, and sure enough, my car was towed. My husband and I were both late for work because the towing company didn't open until 9 AM. I had to pay $360 cash for a towing fee - mind you, the towing company is less than 2 miles away from the apartment, and they only had it for 2 hours, but I still had a $360 bill. I went back to my leasing office to tell them that this was ridiculous, and I had complained multiple times about this, but they failed to offer a solution. There is not any other parking alternative. The apartment is right off of Page Ave, so it's not like off-street parking is available. The leasing office refused to take any kind of responsibility and blames it on too few spaces for each occupant to have more than 1 car. So, I'm being punished because my husband and I each have a car, yet there has been a disabled vehicle sitting in the lot since Christmas, but that certainly hasn't been towed yet! I decided to email the management office directly. They just passed my email back to the leasing office because they DON'T CARE!
