A few of the condos have had some water damage problems, mine included, and it takes a few days for them to try and solve the problem. Meanwhile, I'm emptying a decently sized trashcan full of the leaking water.. brown water to be exact. And with water problems, comes mold problems. But don't worry, this can all be handled by countless bottles of a water/bleach blend and throwing out some things that you own. When told about THIS problem, you get the classic, "We can't do anything about that." I wish I could have had a better experience at Osage Hills, but constantly having to deal with the water damage and the lack of property maintenance, left me a little bummed out. I guess I pulled the shortest straw with this place because some residents have had it more easy breezy.
