July 31, 2015Very nice place to live. Pet friendly, which is rare for the area, and clean. Managers are very nice.it is an older building, and the apartments could use some updating, but it is the best priced complex in all Santa Maria. The 2 bedroom units are cheeper than the 1 bedrooms in the area.Review from Apartments.com
