only reason I stay is good lucking finding a better property manager
November 5, 2019It's an older property, but our property manager Arlinda, has done an excellent job updating the place, and ensuring any repairs/maintenance requests are quickly addressed. She advocates fairly for all of the people living in the complex, and makes sure her residents stay safe and happy. I've lived here a couple years and would gladly stay several more with Arlinda as our Property manager. Her position is under-credited. July 21, 2016I am very new in Park Place but so far since I moved 3 months ago, I find it so nice and confortable everything is so close, winn dixie, walmart, the gym, the beach and my job.
