Horrible new management
May 23, 2023This apartment complex has been going into shambles since the new management took over. You may notice the details of the apartment on this website, as well as in the contract, which states that three-bedroom apartments are entitled to 2 parking spots. It's a big lie. They give you a parking spot you can only use from 6 pm till 9 am and on weekends. If you are a household with two cars and work late or come back home early, you are still expected to remove your car from 9 am till 6 pm even if it ...sits empty, basically parking on the streets. Don't believe me? Just drive over and look for yourself. Residents have been towed from their parking spots with no prior notice. If you try to question them, you are then threatened with revoking your parking privileges. Tell me how professional this is. The staff are rude. They never explain and claim you misunderstood them, I had to go through 3 people to understand why my car was getting towing notices, and even then, they claimed that it was my fault for not getting notified when in fact everyone thought the same. They told me I was lucky they didn't tow my car even though I had no prior notice. They only care about bothering the good residents, meanwhile drugs are rampant here,if you sleep with your windows open then good luck as people use drugs at night. Its not safe and our supposedly gated entrence is never in operation (kept open) no maintenance and overall a dying project, security barely comes and fights are weekly occurrence here. Keep out if you value your sanity.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Junkies and no security
January 10, 2020There are a lot of residents, mostly young adult and teens, who decide to do drugs in the laundry buildings. Because of this, most of the laundry places close early, it doesn’t matter if you have clothes drying or washing, if you leave clothes in there you’ll have to wait until the next day, and if you forget, then it’s gone forever. There is no staff after 6pm, only security and even then they’re only a few and don’t stand out from regular residents. What I’m trying to say is, the office staff ...is too scared to stay after dark, and the security doesn’t stand out which doesn’t help considering that there’s only a handful of them they might as well be an endangered species in the apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
