Used to be a great complex
February 9, 2022The Park at Westminster used to be a great apartment complex but recently it has gone downhill. They have a parking problem in front of the D Building, the staff at the leasing office do not care about anyone but themselves. The rent increases are out of control, they are charging people whatever they feel like just so their pockets are full. They charge for water and sewer but they base it off of the square footage of your apartment and not your actual usage. The only plus is they do fix ...things on time in your apartment but I would still not recommend leasing an apartment from here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not what it use to be
January 17, 2022Very disappointed with the property. We loved it when we moved in two plus years ago and hated it when we left. When we moved in we thought the location and apartment were great until 6 months ago when they started allowing college students who party everyday till 3 am to rent there. We complained to the office many times and even called the police on the neighbors upstairs and nothing happened. I also found out before these neighbors moved in above us the company put in hardwood floors so we ...could hear EVERYTHING! I know it is apartment living but it is bad when you can hear your neighbors upstairs using the bathroom! ? Do not believe the whole concrete ceilings and you can’t hear anything. Bull! I had to sleep with ear plugs the last couple months. Never again will I rent here or refer anyone. Plus side is the maintenance team was fantastic!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Akira in leasing is awesome
April 19, 2021Apartment hunting during Covid has been a process. However from start to finish she made the process very easy for me I stated what my budget was what I wanted and she got on it . The communication was great she was very efficient the apartment is lovely very spacious and the community is very safe and clean . I would recommend this property and the staff to future prospect. Don't rent here
June 1, 2017The most redeeming part of this complex is the maintenance staff John and Rob are off the charts at taking care of your needs. Property manager Alison is rude unattentive and doesn't know who you are. Noisy all the time from traffic and rude residents. It is not pet friendly. If your dog barks at someone your lease will not be renewed. Avoid the hassle and look elsewhereReview from Apartments.com

The rental staff has been wonderful to work with and gave me a follow up phone call after I got in to make sure everything was ok and to see if I needed anything else. There are security cameras through out the complex to make me feel at ease and adequate sound proofing so I do not hear my neighbors. Highly recommended.Review from Apartments.com

Always feel like I am on vacation
July 27, 2015I love my apartment. It is spacious and I always feel like I am on vacation. I have lived here for 5 years, and would love to stay here till the end. Currently I am being treated for Lung Cancer, and I am close to all my doctors and hospital. The area is wonderful and my neighbors are the greatest. i have a huge balcony where I can enjoy the ripples of the water from the pool. The fitness center is great and they have a dog walk area, where I walk my dog, Oliver. IT is situated on a park like ...setting and the area is meticulous. Shopping is right around the corner...Outside gazebo...perfect for pictures and also a spacious community room to celebrate special occasions...
