Maybe make sure the ac units can handle the square foot of the apartments and we don’t have to go through this every summer . We’ve been here 8 years. The maintenance staff is always friendly and professional and prompt and take care of any issues that I have. New siding is being put up, as well as fresh new paint with a much more attractive color scheme, is being added. Trees that posed a danger are being removed and so forth.
