I think the listing mentions a tanning salon because Zoom Tan is located in the nearby strip mall, but it is not part of the apartment building. The location is great, in walking distance of Park Ave's best restaurants, with 7Eleven and CVS close by for last minute grocery items. If you are looking to throw parties and play loud music, look elsewhere. While it is located on Park Ave, the building itself is set back from the road so you are somewhat protected from the traffic and hustle & bustle of Park. Residents of the building are very courteous and quiet. They must do excellent preventive maintenance because in the almost three years I've been here I've had no major issues and management/maintenance have been quick to resolve any minor issues. Park Ave location with a parking lot is also a huge plus. I highly recommend.
