What a great place to live!
July 23, 2024The property is well-maintained and any issues that come up are quickly resolved. The property is, for the most part, pretty quiet, and neighbors keep to themselves. There is a well-maintained pool in the summer and indoor exercise room. The only criticism is that I wish for more flowers and trees and for some of the common areas to be painted and regularlly vacuumed.Property Manager Responded

Friendly and Nice
June 4, 2024I love living at Pine Ridge. Management has been kind and offered me lots of help during the moving process. My neighbors are quiet and it's cute that a few old timeres watch over the community at night. My apartment is big and the walk-in closet could be used as a spare bedroom. Prices are cheap compared to other apartments that are a lot smaller and do not include a pool or dog park.Property Manager Responded

Friendly and Prompt
May 19, 2024I have lived at Pine Ridge for 4 years now. I have had issues with my apartment, but they are prompt with fixing the issues. The property manager takes the time to listen to your concerns and tries to resolve the concerns as quickly as possible. It’s close to shopping and the pool is a plus.Property Manager Responded

Nice but has its issues
May 14, 2024It’s nice and all, can’t choose your neighbors. Out neighbors are loud and constantly fight. Will say so far they have a slight gnat problem but we are working on it. Very excited for the pool to open upProperty Manager Responded

Pretty decent place to live
February 13, 2024I've been living here for 5 years and it's pretty decent compared to other places I've lived, anytime I've had a maintenance issue it gets done ASAP. I've had a lot of different neighbors come and go and most are quiet and keep to themselves but you do get an occasional stomper or loud drunk in the parking lot late at night. When I first moved here I used the laundry machines but there is always an issue with them and the card reader to use them so I go to a laundromat instead to save me the ...hassle. All in all though the staff is very helpful and the place is affordable for the area, so I won't be leaving anytime soon.Property Manager Responded

Noisy and loud
