Horrible Office

Legit every time you try to call the office to get a hold of someone for a service order for your apartment/townhouse it’s an answering service. You can try to leave messages with this answering service but plan on calling multiple times as I’m not sure the messages even get to the office. Most of the time you have to call multiple times in hope that you get the actual office.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. POOR MANAGEMENT AND HORRBLE STAFF AT LEASING OFFICE

Charge people for repairs that were made by previous tenants once you move out. New tenants gets stuck with olds tenants repair bills. Heat doesn't work in townhouses. They screwed me over. They charged me once I moved out for repairs that where there before I even signed my lease. That former tenant did the damages and not me. Stay away from Capri investment group and this place...

I moved into a one bedroom "executive" apartment because I wanted my dogs to have a bit more space to roam through the apartment. Both myself and my fur babies have been very content with living at this complex. Though when I was due to move in, my apartment wasn't quite finished so I spent a couple extra days at my old apartment before being able to move, they girls in the leasing office made sure to prorate my rent for that month so that I wasn't paying for the days that I wasn't there. location was perfect because it's about a half mile from the expressway and a 5 minute drive from UTMC. If you're a student looking for something affordable and safe you should give these guys a call.

My fiance and I moved here about 6 months ago and we absolutely love it! We had an issue with our bathtub last week and it was resolved within 2 days. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every problem is addressed quickly so I'm not sure where the other reviewers are getting that! This is by far our favorite place that we have lived and we plan to stay long after our lease is up :)

I recently moved into this property with my two children and couldn't be happier! The company has been awesome with working with me since my finances are not that great with being a single mom. My apartment was perfect and the property is perfect to take my kids to the pool or on a walk just around the block. I highly recommend them.

Lived here 6 years. Moved in as a single man and allowed carpet not to be replaced upon move in because I needed to get in quick. Owners changed during the 6 years. I cleaned entire apt before leaving. Not only did they keep my 750 deposit, they sued me for 1850 stating I needed to paint door jams, carpet needed replaced, and didn't clean behind stove. While I lived there tub leaked through celing, never fixed. Sink and dishwasher leaked and broke. Didn't fix it for 2 months. Had to do dishes in ...

Place is cheap in price.... But you get what you pay for dirty carpet ... Leaking sink I can tell they didn't clean before we moved in bugs in the window Sill a cool whip container with stagnant water under the sink... Appliances need updated... A mess....

Nice property, but new owners. Nice until you move. If you move out don't expect to get your deposit back no matter what you do. If they sue you for more, GET A LAWYER. Especially if you were a resident before they brought the property two years ago. You will pay for upgrades.
