Owner/Management doesn’t maintain parking lot in winters, it’s up to tenants to maintain.
January 25, 2020Every winter this property has a problem maintaining their parking lot. The parking lot is on a slope so if it snows or ices you have a very poor chance of making it into a spot. Takes 2-3 days to be plowed. On top of the ice the lot over looks a hill and since they never plow or lay down ice melt/sand your car may slide and go down said hill.
