in the neighborhood speaks well of the residents sense of home pride. A colorful playground creates a natural gathering place for parents and children without crowding or disturbing the single or retired residents. We only moved because we needed space for caregivers and medical equipment required for our adult son who is battling a terminal medical diagnosis. The property managers Phil and his wife Val were understanding of our needs. I would recommend Prairie Oak Village to individuals at the crossroads of life or young couples just starting out. I would also recommend it to parents wishing to put their children in a safer environment and better school.
