DONT MOVE HERE
July 23, 2025Leasing office people enter your residence without notifying anyone and say there doing inspections. The building structure is so poor they have rodents and big bugs that are always finding a way in, and the maintenance team sucks nothing is ever fixed correctly. Not a Safe Place to PARK your car at Prince Georges Apartments
March 19, 2023Not at all happy with the treatment received, or Safety/Security here. *Not a safe place to park. Car was damaged 3 different times while parked on the property, and no one seems to care or do anything about it. INSTANCE 1.) A large tree trunk had fallen on car on a windy day last Fall - damaged the Roof & Hood of the car. PG Apmnt's would be not be responsible for any of the repairs. I had to pay out of pocket, (at least my deductible), causing rent to be late by 4 days that month, which ...then caused PG Apartments to charge me a late fee, and then demanded that I could no longer pay rent online (for several months). INSTANCE 2.) Car Break In while on the property. and once again the Property Management seemingly does not care. The leasing office staffer chuckled and said "we should get more cameras", (in which they never did do). INSTANCE 3.) Car Break In while parked on property. DON'T LEASE HERE!!!
June 29, 2021Unless you want to deal with LOUD construction for MONTHS, ROACHES, slow and uninterested management. The apartments are VERY old, the parking SUCKS, and they charge so much and offer so little.Property Manager Responded
