HOA Ruins What Could Be Great
September 6, 2018I’ve lived here for about 6 months now. If you have any issue that requires assistance from the HOA- GOOD LUCK. Everyone we have talked to regarding the parking situation has been outright rude. There is 4-5 parking spaces for residents depending on how big of a gap there is between cars. If you park in the guest parking you receive violations every night. After three violations, your car is towed. 4-5 parking spots for how many units? 40? 50? I haven’t bothered looking around as I plan on ...moving as soon as my lease is up. The complex was recently repaved. The HOA places signs saying you must found parking elsewhere as you can’t drive on the fresh asphault. I called every store surrounding me and NO ONE accepted overnight parking. All tow zones. I called the HOA and told them. They told me to park at the community center. The same community center that just told me 5 minutes prior that my car would get towed. Thanks. The noise from the car wash and thrift store are very obnoxious. Police helicopters weekly and sirens at all times of the day daily. The thrift store recently caught on fire, that was fun.
