January 3, 2025Most of everything goes rather smoothly. I'm concerned with the garbage issue. Your maintenance personal spend way to much valuable time cleaning up others garbage when they should be talking time to do what they were hired for (Maintenance)!!Property Manager Responded

September 24, 2024My wife and I have been here for 1 1/2 years and we like it here. It's close to a lot of amenities . The Apt is comfortable and the neighbors are friendly. The grounds and the streets and well kept. However there is a problem with keeping up on the garbage compound. By Sunday you can't get into the compactor due to all the trash bags blocking the entrance. We make it a habit to empty ours during the weekdays. Otherwise things are good.Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2024So far so good. I enjoy the location and amenities. The pricing of the apartment is economical and the stores are just a few minutes away. I do wish my maintenance request were taken cared of promptly. Something in the apartment are already falling apart after a month of moving in.Property Manager Responded
