August 14, 2025The leasing staff is very nice. Ms. Alvena has unlimited patience and is a very clear communicator. It was a joy working with them. The apartment itself is nice and spacious. On the other hand, the hallway stinks very badly. The staircase looks tore up. It almost looks haunted.Property Manager Responded

July 4, 2025The community is good, they have all the amenities, the maintenance team is good, i have a wayer damage issue in my apartment and they get fixed it correctly on the same day. April 15, 2025This property has declined horribly since the new management took over. I would break my lease tomorrow if it was an option. I just hope to get to the end of my lease without the incompetent management leaving my apartment/garage unsuecured…again.Property Manager Responded

March 30, 2025Great place to live. Fairly quiet. Hopefully they won't ever try and share the parking lot with the neighboring property again. That was a complete nightmare and totally mishandled.Property Manager Responded
