DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
February 11, 2025If I could give this apartment 0 stars a million times instead of a 1 star I would. I moved in a little after the first part of the apartments were built. worst year and some change of my life. This apartment complex has turned me off so bad that I'm moving to another city into a house. Absolutely not luxury and not worth your hard earned money. Walls are as thin as paper, no real privacy, dog park super unkept, emails every other week about bs and not about topics that matter.. the list goes ...on. If you don't mind hearing loud music all times of the night, constant stomping up the stair ways, people being intimate while you're trying to sleep this is the place for you! Don't make the worst mistake of your life by moving here take it from a resident who has lived here. I'll tell you a joke but never a lie..Property Manager Responded

September 12, 2023I want to give a big shout out to Sharissa and Cheyenne they really set the bar high when it comes to getting it done. I've been in my apartment for 2 weeks now and enjoy every minute of it. Sharissa the leasing professional was very patient with me when deciding on what floorplan I wanted to choose, because I changed my mind several times. Sharissa is very knowledgeable about the property which made the move in process great. Cheyenne the property manager also deserves some praise as well for ...her quick response time when I had an issue. All in all the community is amazing. Excited to live here !!
August 22, 2023I just applied for a apartment last week and I must say I am very impressed. I was assisted by Sharissa and she was extremely personable and kind to me . Which I think makes a huge difference when deciding a place to call HOME, many apartments offer pools, gyms, similar amenities but the kindness of the staff is always a stand out. The fitness and media rooms impressive and I cant wait for the pool !For me the biggest selling point was the closets !!! June 21, 2023I am not a resident of this place. I expressed my interest in obtaining a lease and attempted to contact them multiple times, but they never responded to me. It was crucial for me to secure a lease, mainly because I appreciate the location. However, they seem indifferent about whether or not you choose to lease with them.
