Greatest Complex in Suburban Delco
June 15, 2023Fantastic place to live. Lived in the 1/2 building for 2+ years with no issues. Maintenance and MGT were fast in responding to usual requests via email. They were punctual in fixing a water outage in my building that was out of their control. Super nice grounds, nice upgraded units, and felt like it was cheap for what the unit was compared to other 2br1baths in the area. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!
August 15, 2022Management is unreliable and full of liars. My bathroom has been leaking 500+ gallons of hot water daily for 2 years and management has refused repairs for that long. The hot steam has caused black mold to grow, they do not care. Paint is chipping, the wood is warping. They do not care. This is just 1 story of countless that are the exact same. They do not care about the conditions of your apartment, they will not repair a thing. Lower management will send emails to you full of lies so that the ...higher management believes they are doing their job.
