    Some tenants have been there 15 to 20 years with no updates to their apartments. Nothing. Then they evict tenants keep their security deposit. ($350. +) and charge the tenant for the cost of upgrading the apartments with no proof that they even incurred any of these expenses. While you wait for the proof, they turn the bill over to a collection agency. You won't win because Stratford is just a management co. hired to collect funds. They don't care about the tenants.
