November 7, 2023I moved here from grand forks and I was staying in a hotel for the first week and we all know it gets pricey.. any who I applied with 4 applications to goldmark and rosser ave was my first pick.. it wasn't available right away but she managed to get it all cleaned the following week and got me in asap.. the process was awesome and easy. October 9, 2023It’s a great start up for young people, but there could definitely be more improvements to maintenance as to fixing up the apartment before a person moves in. Maintenance could also be more attentive to requests being made by following in an orderly fashion.Property Manager Responded

Overall, I really appreciate the management for taking the time to provide a proper/safe apt for my son and I.
