The pool area is gate screened from the outside for your privacy has an overhead sun screened area with chairs and couches next to Women and Men restrooms and showers. Sahara View Apartments is nestled on the quiet street of El Conlon Avenue which curves to connect Valley View Boulevard and Sahara Avenue, one mile west and over-looking the south Las Vegas Strip and Hotels. The property is lined with lush mature pine trees and a green belt along the property. The property is fully gated with convenient and quick access to the Residence courtyard or to the sidewalk or street parking at any of the nine keyed Resident-Only gates. The entry to the parking lot is in the middle of the property requiring your magnetic access card to access your private parking area. Parking is restricted for Residents and deliveries only. INTERIOR FEATURES: Sahara View Apartments offers you two different size floor plans of one-bedroom apartments. All units are upgraded and meticulously prepared for your comfort and appreciation, and are true one-bedroom units with a living room, dining area, full-appliance kitchen, bedroom, closet, and large bathrooms. Your home includes two windows with custom shutters, as well as a security screened door and solid core door entry with a door viewer. Your flooring is plank with modern blends of light greys throughout. All windows have custom shutters for maximum privacy, sun blocking, and beautiful appearance. The dining area has a ceiling fan and lights, furnished with two bar stools for the kitchen nook. The Office is in the middle common area of Sahara View Apartments surrounded by the auto gate and card access reader, laundry room, gated swimming pool and indoor spa. You may do your laundry on your schedule, 24/7 available, with five washing machines and five dryers. Our central boiler provides constant hot water to all units. Our current and former Residents appreciate the tranquil and quiet environment at Sahara View Apartments. Good Management and Community
December 29, 2024I lived here for several years. Anne was always a pleasure to deal with and addressed any issues I had with my unit. One summer when my A/C died the management got it replaced within 24 hours. The surrounding area is a little sketchy but my neighbors were always respectful. A HIDDEN GEM IN THE DESERT
July 2, 2024I received a job offer and had to move my entire life to Las Vegas within 72 hours. When I got to town I had to find a place fast. The manager Ann was so amazing she made the whole process so stress free. she went above and beyond just getting me moved in, but helped me to find things like the local utility companies, places to eat and things to do. I come from the San Francisco Bay Area where you have to put a first, last, and a hefty security deposit. Not with Sahara view apartments and that ...made all the unexpected costs of moving to a new state that much more affordable. All the units are freshly remodeled which was great because I hate moving into a new place and getting all the bad smells from the old tenants especially when it’s smoke, but not here, nothing but freshly painted walls, new countertops, and new modern appliances. Parking was another plus, There was plenty of it and all the other tenants were vary courteous.I worked in a vary physical demanding job so after a long hot day of work jumping in the pool to cool off or soaking in the hot tub was awesome. It’s a gated complex witch is nice because I didn’t have to worry about strangers trying to break into my car witch was sometimes filled with work tools. Edd the maintenance guy is one of the coolest guys I know. He was always on time, professional and got the job done write.Dennis is another manager on site, I would always see him when I would be heading to do my laundry or pick up my mail. He was always super friendly and enjoyed getting to know the tenants personally. To sum it all up I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Loyalty at its finest
July 1, 2024I have been at Sahara View since 2015 and I love it ! It’s quiet, the upgrade are comparable with any of the new complexes in the city, the management team Dennis and Ann are amazing ! They really cater to the tenants, any issue that comes up they are on it pronto, Ed is great at keeping everything in order When my daughter needed a apartment Ann was quick and efficient, and now I have my mom here, 3 generations at Shara view and no worries. Cute Apartment w/ Excellent Management
March 6, 2024I've lived here as a single female for over 2 years and this place is a gem! The area is quiet, the neighbors are courteous, and Anne/Dennis are super nice and on top of it! Anne actually lives on site and is easy to reach by phone/text and any issues are quickly dealt with. Never had any outages or plumbing issues or pests whatsoever. Parking spaces are sufficient. The apartment itself is very cozy and clean with some modern touches. My favorite parts are: gated entrance, instant hot water, ...filtered water/RO faucet, ice maker, bathroom storage, and the central location. Cute and Quiet Complex
December 18, 2023I lived at this complex for over 2 years, with this being my first apartment me and my Husband left due to Family related issues. Overall the leasing experience was very easy, landlord is very kind and understanding, hardly had any issues only some inconveniences when there was work that needed to be done on the complex like construction, etc. Highly recommended for first time renters or someone just needed a quiet place to stay at for a while. Only improvement that could be made is access to get ...inside gate for tenants and delivery trucks, they limit to 1 person who can park behind the gate and they provide gate cards not codes. Great little complex
October 30, 2023I lived at Sahara View for a year and it was one of the easiest leasing experiences I've ever had. The whole team is so kind and responsive. Maintenance requests were always addressed within the day, all my questions were answered timely, and they even signed for my packages when needed. The apartment itself was spotless when I moved in and everything was bright, clean, and modern. The little pool is a nice extra and having laundry onsite was awesome. July 31, 2023Sahara View Apartments is a beautifully-managed and lovely gated apartment complex. I know I can always rely on Anne and Dennis in the office for any problems that might come up. I am an active older person, and have lived here for three years. I have a one-bedroom apartment which is well-laid out. The location is perfect for me, near Sahara and Valley View. I use the convenient buses at Sahara and also on Valley View for transportation. Being gated this apartment complex is a very safe place to ...live.
