About Sanctuary Apartments
Welcome to Sanctuary Apartments in Augusta, GA! Sanctuary has three different phases of apartments that each offer something unique to satisfy individual tastes of apartment living. Phase I, the largest section, offers the most variety of floorplans in our two story building designs. Phase II provides the popular single story plan with a quaint neighborhood feel. Phase III offers our newest floorplan design which includes ceramic tile, kitchen islands and two story townhouses. Pets are allowed except for corporate apartments. No more than 2 pets. $300 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets. We allow up to 60lbs, no aggressive breeds. Sanctuary Apartments is within the Richmond County school district. September 9, 2016Apartment is in woody area. Large Roaches enter home frequently. Older apartment so wholes can be found by pest for entry. Nice apartment for price, but not nice enough to deal with pest.Review from Apartments.com
I love coming home to Sanctuary!
September 10, 2015This has been by far the best home I've ever had in my 24 years of life. I come home every day to a quiet community, away from any major streets or highways to friendly neighbors. The management team was so professional and kind throughout my entire transition as I was moving from Pennsylvania to Georgia, away from all friends and family. Great apartment, Nice location
August 4, 2015Very close to the movie theaters, mall, food, etc. They do pest control sprays but I advise you to spray the inside and outside with some Raid. There are quite a few trees around most apartments where bugs like to hide. Maintenance if very quick to take care of any repairs around the apartment. Each apartment has a designated space, only one though. Overall a pretty nice place to liveReview from Apartments.com
