Rent Control and not much else
August 14, 2015We've lived here 20 years; rent control. Not many other positive attributes. The owner needs to be a lot fussier whom he rents to here. His son is the manager. Since the owner feels he losing money because of rent control, he wants all the "old-timers" to move out so he can raise the rent on new tenants. The bad experiences we've had here could fill a book. We've had cars vandalized and storage lockers broken into. Apartment is conveniently located for shopping.Review from Apartments.com
