Very peaceful
February 19, 2020Very quite for the most part....everyone here is so friendly staff and neighbors. Been here for about 6 years now and never any major issues. All issues have been handled within a day or two. I like that they have laundry area on site and open 24/7 as well as the fitness center is available 24/7.Review from Apartments.com

Friendly Neighborhood
January 21, 2016After one year of living at Saxony, the staff is friendly and neighbors are easy to get along with. The overall community is great and there are several amenities on the complex, including two swimming pools and a fitness center. The location in town makes it a perfect place to live being no more than a five minute drive to anywhere in Cookeville. Rip Off
July 21, 2015Rent due by the 5th of the month. Paid via online banking in June. Payment mailed by bank was postmarked July 30. Banks and Mail didn't run on Saturday July 4. Check arrived July 6. Couldn't have been deposited before 6th anyway. They were not out a dime. Property manager refused to waive the $5 per day fee. It's not the money, it's the principal. They operate in the dark ages by not taking electronic payments in the first place and then can't understand why I'm upset. Poor customer ...service. Will likely be gone when lease expires.
