April 30, 2025Maintenance Request We needed a light bulb replaced in our kitchen light. Maintenance came in and saw what type of light fixture the apartment had. The one maintenance man went and got two bulbs and the other maintenance man took the light fixture apart. The one maintenance man returned with two bulbs and the two men replaced the broken bulbs with two new ones. The light was fixed and the men asked if we needed anything else fixed. Terrible Smell
January 10, 2019FYI, smoking is allowed inside the units, which isn't disclosed anywhere. They don't say a word about it until you're stuck living inside a unit that smells like the inside of a cigarette. We now have clothes, blankets, furniture, sheets, and towels that smell like cigarette even though WE DO NOT SMOKE.Review from Apartments.com
So Far So Good!
December 29, 2016We've been living here five months, and so far we haven't had any problems! We haven't had much occasion to talk to management, but when we do they're very helpful and polite. I don't get the sense that they're looking for opportunities to cheat us for fees or expenses -- for example, when my fiance lost his mail key, they only charged us $5 to make a new one rather than slapping us with a penalty. Maintenance is also very friendly and gets to problems promptly. Unfortunately, that is necessary ...because these apartments are antiquated. The kitchen appliances are old, and the buildings are a little outdated (we don't need three telephone jacks, but more than one ethernet port would be lovely.) Overall, we're happy here and not worried about management making our lives difficult, which is worth more than a new dishwasher to me. A nice mix of college students, military, families, and single people live here. It's a good place to be!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Peaceful, comfortable, and in a good neighborhood is a huge plus for me and my kids.
