Loud leaf blowers multiple days a week for hours at a time / HOA doesn’t help
June 5, 2025Multiple days a week for hours (2-4 hours) at a time there is someone blowing a leaf blower outside your apartment. If you need to sleep during the day, it is a nightmare. HOA doesn’t help if you reach out and become spiteful. I tried to post this on Google maps, but they continuously delete my HONEST review. If you watch the leaf blower people, they will walk in circles doing absolutely nothing of value. We have very little leaves/debris here on the ground. The noise when they come right up ...against my apartment hurts my ears and jolts me awake regularly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing Townhouse
August 5, 2015I currently live in a Villa in phoenix Arizona. I've lived here for almost a year and I've never had an issue! The complex is kept clean, the pool is relaxing. I live in a very very quiet part of the complex which is super nice. My place has been in perfect condition since we got it and never even seen a single bug in my home. My roommate and I are thrilled to be renewing our lease this year.Review from Apartments.com
