Horrible maintenance!
May 23, 2020It takes months if not a couple years to get management to get any repairs done. There is always an excuse for not doing it. When they do finally do it the work is shoddily done. The present manager won't write up a work order unless you hound her. The maintenance men are all retired men and can barely do the job. Last year our lawn was only mowed every 21 days. The snow removal is just as bad. We are told if the snow or ice is still on the ground we should just stay home. Doctor appointments can ...be rescheduled for a time when it is convenient for the snow removal crew. The place is overrun with spiders and other bugs and we have a bug guy come out once every 3 months . We no longer have grass. We have weeds and clover. Plus the lovely dandelions. Used to look like a golf course. Under present manager we have all weeds. The property has failed state inspections 2 years in row.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
