A little outta the way
July 25, 2015The 4=plexes on 93rd street are good energy efficient Brick apt homes and the water pressure is excellent. there are 2 mqjor chain grocery stores close by ( within one mile) and several gas stations shops and even a couple of pharmacies I have noticed over the last 2 years however that the screening process is a little bit lacking and as a result we have gotten a couple of neighbors that I do not believe the management company (Pederson Realty Group) should have approved. but I have also ...noticed that the current housing market has put a strain on availability You win some and then you loose some.
