During the colder months you'll see people living out of their cars in the parking lot, and you'll have your own car vandalized and broken into frequently. The walls are paper thin between units and you will hear people running up and down stairs, fighting, their tvs, and anything else you can imagine. And if god forbid there's any serious issue the management is legally strong-armed into fixing, they will do any work unannounced without written or verbal notice. Do not be fooled, rent from literally anyone else in the area. I counted down every single day until I could get out of my lease.
