RUN AWAY!
January 21, 2021Do yourself a favor and don't give any listing from this complex another look. It will be tempting due to the rent being almost 10% below market value, but you'll pay for it in other ways. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. They do not clean the units between tenants, the shag carpet is so old and dirty from previous smoking tenants it will stain your socks yellow, mold in the dishwasher, years of dust and grime built up on any surface you can imagine, water damage in the drywall, ant ...infestations, and the management may as well not exist. No amount of emails, phone calls, or maintenance requests on their archaic and confusing website has ever resulted in a reply. I had to solve any problems I ever had in the unit myself, and out of my own pocket. There isn't any assigned parking either, so while they feign monitoring with their "parking pass" system, nobody comes by to check if anyone has them, and the parking lot frequently completely fills up with random cars that don't have any passes, forcing actual tenants to park on the street (sometimes blocks away). During the colder months you'll see people living out of their cars in the parking lot, and you'll have your own car vandalized and broken into frequently. The walls are paper thin between units and you will hear people running up and down stairs, fighting, their tvs, and anything else you can imagine. And if god forbid there's any serious issue the management is legally strong-armed into fixing, they will do any work unannounced without written or verbal notice. Do not be fooled, rent from literally anyone else in the area. I counted down every single day until I could get out of my lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
