  • DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! INFESTED WITH ROACHES/BUGS

    I recently moved in from another state back in 2022 of August, and these apartments are infested with all sorts of roaches/bugs. The maintenance paint over mold. In my bathroom, i've seen roaches and spiders and it's absolutely horrible. Mold, roaches, and bugs are very common in these apartments. The pool is barely open. The staff are nice, but some are just horrible and rude. My neighbor had a pile of ants in her kitchen, and they never stop coming back. I am also pretty sure that they don't ...
    call in pest controllers to take care of these bugs. The carpets are so dark, you can barely see any bug on the ground. I am someone who has extreme asthma, and the amount of dust I've experienced is absolutely insane. DO NOT MOVE HEREEEE!!!!!!!!

  • Unreasonable rent increases every year + very unsafe + management doesn't care

    Every year they increase my rent by an unreasonable amount. No upgrades are being made to the community, safety, or quality of the complex. Washers and driers are awful, my clothes do not get fully clean or fully dry. They also keep increasing the washer/dryer cost. Frequent robberies and car break-ins BY OTHER TENANTS! By bike lock was also broken in an attempt to steal it... They are upgrading and renovating the vacant apartments and charging current tenants more to fund that. I moved here ...
    for the low cost, but moving out because the rent is now not worth the unsafe, unkept, and unsupportive nature of the complex. After many robberies and break-ins, i called the management office to see if any security measures were being taken and the response was "i haven't heard of any break-ins so I don't even know what you are talking about".

  • NEW MANAGEMENT DOESN’T CARE ABOUT SAFETY OF TENANTS

    DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!!! Not only has mine and my fiancés car been vandalized twice but also damaged! Our downstairs neighbor has banged on our floor and door for “being loud” even tho she bangs at 7:30pm every day! We went to the office with notes she’s wrote us and with police report for damage on our car and the apartment did nothing absolutely nothing. They offered to move us but only if we reapplied and got approved! I am 33 weeks pregnant and needed ...
    to go to hospital and we go out to our car being completely trashed and not drivable! What if I went into labor!!!! The office did nothing and could care less we’ve complained multiple times and still they do nothing! Absolutely nothing! So definitely if you have kids and want them to be safe don’t move here! Not a family place because they don’t care about your safety or property! Only their money!!!! I don’t even want to give them a star!!!

    I’ve lived here for a year now in the one bedroom apartment and have had no major issues. The bedroom is a nice size and the closet is huge. Perfect amount of space for one or two people. I’ve had no issues with the office staff at all. They’ve all been super nice and accommodating!

    I have lived in this apartment complex since 2006, the thing that I love about it is that it is a family community, it is very quiet and very safe! I love the lay out of the apartments they are great size for a single person or a family in the 2 bedrooms. They offer storage space more then enough to store things that you need to store without purchasing a storage unit. Unlike other properties they have large courtyards for Kids to play, they offer a pool which is very nice, also a playground ...
    for the kids and basketball court. Every one is so friendly and is pet friendly also. Everyone is always wondering about the office staff and the staff here is so helpful! Anytime I needed an emergency fix they were right there immediately, move in you will love it like I do!

    We moved to Canton for better schools for our son. We've been at Stoneybrooke for 10 years and have been very happy here. Maintenance has always been right on top of any issues and whenever I've requested an upgrade of any item it's been received. Rick is a great manager and always takes care of anything we need. When money has been tight they've work with us to catch up.
