March 30, 2020A poorly kept property, they will be so nice to your face and show you the ONE good looking apartment but send you to a decrepit roach infested apartment. The “management” is rude beyond belief, absent, and unhelpful what so ever. She will withhold important information and then turn around and DEMAND your part to be done. DO NOT ABSOLUTELY DO NOT waste your time on this horrible HORRIBLE PLACE. I’ve never experienced such a poorly run complex.Review from Apartments.com

NASTY
July 26, 2017This place is INFESTED with roaches. They supposedly spray every first Tuesday of the month but I honestly think they must just spray water if they even spray at all. It's so disgusting you don't even want to eat in your home and to have children live here it should be some kind of dhec regulations. My carpet stayed soaked in the summer bc the ac leaked through the walls which caused mildew and mold in which my son is allergic to. Stratford villa apartments
August 18, 2015I have a two bed and bath in a half town house. It has currently been remodeled. This complex is located five minutes from down town Greenville SC. When you walk into the town house is a very spacious living room area. The ketchen is also a good size to move around in when I am preparing meals. The half bath is next to the kitchen. Walking up stairs is the master bed room first which is perfect in size. Then the two linen closets and the full bathroom and next to that is the second bedroom.Review from Apartments.com
