Summerset Apartments 1 & 2

bug issue we were a very clean house. When I moved in I got a new bed. And shortly after I had bed bugs. They were from the person who was there before and they were in the carpet. How do I know you may ask. Because I called my own exterminator. And he told me. Also I called someone to clean the carpets paid my own money and he said there was no way the carpets were cleaned before I moved in. Also there was a cockroach dead in the kitchen the day I moved in and was cleaning behind the stove. One day my bathroom sink broke and was leaking I called and told them that I was in emergency nobody came it was leaking so bad I had to miss work for two days to be at the sink with towels every hour changing it out I had to set an alarm every hour at night to change out the towel wrapped around the sink and nobody came for two days. The first bath I ever took in that house was a disaster because when I took a bath apparently the drain stopper didn’t work I don’t really understand what happened but essentially all the water leaked from my bathtub into the apartment below me and then as I was getting out of the tub still naked by the way a guy knocks on my door I say hold on and he opens a door with a towel wrapped around me what happened to the person below me wasn’t my fault and he said that a piece of the tub was broken I had just moved it and that’s not my fault. Also when I moved out I told him I wasn’t gonna pay to have my carpets cleaned because they weren’t cleaned for me and I had to pay for it already and they took it out of my deposit check anyway so they sent me a new check with it taken out anyway even though they didn’t clean the carpets for me. I was only late on my rent one time and they charge me a double late fee one time I was late and I talk to somebody and ask them to help me out.
