We are located near beautiful central downtown Lancaster, WI close to shopping and health care. Our property is run under the Rural Development, HUD and Low Income Tax Credit Affordable Housing programs and is dedicated to the independent living needs of elderly and/or disabled individuals and families. Subsidy may be available to make rent 30% of the household's gross annual income. We have many great features to offer in our units including open floor plans and ample storage. We have community rooms in each building where you can meet with your neighbors to participate in many activities.
