The property responds quickly to guests' requests At Terrace View, the property management company takes the opinions of residents very seriously. We submitted a request to change the air conditioning filter on Friday, and it was replaced on Monday. It's a relief!

Great Lease Signing Experience I arrived at the leasing office with no appointment, and Lauren did not hesitate to give me a tour and show me their leasing options. Not only that, but she kept in contact with me throughout the lease signing and answered any questions I had. Lauren had the answers to everything and helped make the lease-signing process smooth. Great experience!

Horrible Place

From time of move in: insects, rodents, backdoor that was non-functional with a hole that in two places with a draft from outside. Over 300 dollars in electricity alone because of failed weatherproofing and dilapidated structure of housing. Front door with improper sealing lead to insects and heat leakage. Every single possible quality of life aspect missing from these horribly constructed, terribly managed houses and apartments.

Worst Apartment Ever

This apartment is a nightmare. In the 4 months I have lived here, my ceiling has fallen twice. Appliances have broken several times. The lock on our door died and still has not been repaired in over a month. At move in, it was dirty and smelt of smoke. We were missing furniture and was put in a basement apartment. The management team is horrific. They never answer the phones...ever. My payment has been messed up several times. They are rude and unaccommodating. The apartments are "renovated" ...
but the quality is horrific and these buildings are very old. The wifi is extremely slow and hardly ever works. There are next to no visitor parking spaces. Our lot has several pot holes. The towing company is constantly around. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

I have been staying in Terrace View Apartments for more than one year. Previously they included the internet, cable and trash in the total monthly installment, I recently renewed my lease with without reading the agreement in detail as I thought I could trust them and if any major changes occur in the leasing agreement than the previous one, they would definitely let me know. But the day before yesterday when I was paying the rent for this month, I saw that I have to pay the internet, cable and ...
trash me separately. When I tried to explain it to the acting manager (as per I as remember his name is Brady) was very rude, and even at one point raising his voice at me. He is very disrespectful. Even if there is nothing he can do about the issue, atleast a manager should know how to talk respectfully to his customers.

Terrace view may seem pretty on the outside but three times they screwed me over when resigning my lease. We’ve had significant issues with maintenance, a lot of times things aren’t fixed when you move in and because of so many students moving in at one time it takes them weeks to fix. Dont live here!!

Very Unprofessional Management

The management is very unprofessional with everything that they do. Every single month that I was living in this apartment complex the management lost my payment. Not one month but every single month. Every month I had to call management and tell them that I sent a check in and then they would be extremely rude to me and say they had found the check. Every month this happened, it was wasting my time and their time as well. On top of that all the apartments were disgusting with tons of dust in the ...
vents as if the filters hadn't been changed in years. The walls had many patch ups that were very noticeable and had clearly been done by someone that is not fit for the job. There is many more things that is wrong with this apartment and I would never recommend this apartment to any friends or family. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with renting an apartment.

Don't let your kids stay here
January 17, 2019
Bought my daughter a car over the holidays and she went straight to the office to get a sticker. Not a few hours later, her car is towed. The staff is not taking care of the kids. For the last year and half, it has been one thing after another with Terrace View... the new management is horrible and the apartments are barely cleaned or fixed. They are raising prices and they are not fixing any of the problems. It is a dump and they are both moving out of their apartments.
