    Love the community and how safe it feels. I enjoy how well kept up everything is and how clean they are. The only thing I would recommend would be new gym equipment like a stairmaster for the gym. Overall great place to live!

    Our move in process at Tessa couldn't have been any easier. Talonda was a huge help during our tour and throughout the leasing process. We ultimately chose the best space based off her recommendations. We couldn't be happier leaving Gwinnett and finding a place that feels more like a home than an apartment.

    I’ve really enjoyed living at Tessa, it’s so peaceful and relaxing. I was initially skeptical about townhome living because of concerns about noise and close neighbors, but the way these homes are designed and built makes a big difference. I barely hear anything from my neighbors, sometimes I forget I even have any! Hopefully they feel the same way about me, lol. I’d definitely recommend Tessa to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to live. Also maintenance always come in a great time.
