February 20, 2025Would NOT recommend!!!! Decently priced/ Friendly Staff Breaks ins all the time!!!!!!!!!! Limited parking spaces filled with Junk Cars (no tags, flats tires, wont start) literally Junk Cars Terrible Communication when there is a issue. Best Garden walk up community In the energy corridor period!
June 8, 2022Silverado is one of a kind. It's difficult to find an apartment complex that is both affordable and great staff and service. Yes the property is past 30 years old so yes it has normal wear and tear. It is not perfect but it is great service clean and the staff makes all the difference. They are dedicated and truly care about the community. I wish all residents cared as much as they did. Most do but of course there is carless neighbors that don't pick up after their own pets. Or abuse the ...amenities just like every other complex in the planet. The difference here is the team, the price, the location and the peacefulness. Very happy here!Property Manager Responded

June 11, 2020If you own a car it’s best to find somewhere else to live there is never parking spaces. And if you watch the cars that are parked there they don’t move ever they sit there for months.Property Manager Responded

Adults shouldn't move into one bedrooms
March 20, 2019I considered looking into a one bedroom here because it was convenient to my job at an energy company. But when I learned that they might move a noisy family into a one bedroom next to me, I looked somewhere else. It falls far below the standards of the neighborhood. No response to the residents
September 29, 2018Overcharges unsuspecting residents. Glad I have been paying a fraction of the amount for the same services in other places since I left. I have requested an explanation multiple times and did not receive a response or an explanation. They say they will use a collection agency or other means when they are asking to pay money on time, but they refuse to respond when asked about an explanation for the charge. September 1, 2015Much older apartments. I would love to have a fireplace, it makes it so nice,but i do not. It is very small not able to navigate with a wheel chair,not possible. This would be a blessing more then you know.Review from Apartments.com
