  • Unclean, unsafe

    April 10, 2022
    Unclean for move in, roaches, loud shaky elevator, stairs dark, dirty. Hallway unclean, strong smell of weed often. No security, tons of police in front of apartment nights, very loud streets at night. Have to pay to park, often no spot. Many parking citations when meter ran out.
