    I’ve lived here for nearly five years, and the decline in living conditions is hard to ignore. Security is minimal—people without key fobs regularly follow tenants in, and transients are often found in the lobby. Calling security rarely results in a timely or effective response. The cleanliness and safety of the property have also deteriorated. Broken glass and personal trash are frequently left around the building, to the point where walking my dog has resulted in injuries from glass on ...
    multiple occasions. Building S3 feels particularly neglected, with old, worn carpets that smell and little visible upkeep. Combined with a noticeable lack of care for shared spaces, the overall standard of living has dropped significantly. This property needs serious attention to security, maintenance, and accountability.

    Overall, my experience has been a good one. The apartment is spacious. It was clean when I moved in and almost everything is in good working order. And for those two things that aren't in a working order, i'm sure it will get handled very quickly, as i'm going to the leasing office when I finish doing this right now. Like I said overall a great experience.

    Constant cockroach infestation in our apartment. Pest control is not too effective. Resident office does not answer calls or emails, so we always have to walk to the office (we live in the furthest building from there) to get any sort of answer. No sympathy from them whatsoever.

    Maintenance is prompt in fixing issues. However, 2 overall complaints are keeping this from 5*: 1) we still don’t have consistent hot water. 2) the T2 dog park is often very gross. We (residents) sometimes have to clean it up ourselves just so the dogs can play. I know construction on a renovated park will start soon, but it is still disappointing and disgusting.

    The location is great and very convenient for daily life. Transportation and nearby amenities are easily accessible, and there is occasionally a farmers market held right in front, which is a nice bonus.

    I will never refer anyone to live here because the people that work here are liars. Last time we referred our sister and our friends to move in and was promised rent credit and never received it. My bike was stolen here twice and my mail was stolen multiple times. I was lied to by the leasing department when I asked if they were able to provide services for our first babies baby shower. They said they were able to, but when the day came nothing but more lies. I hope no one ever moves, because ...
    living here is a safety hazard. I have submitted multiple service requests because the appliances here are cheap and broken down. It took them 3 1/2 years to replace a broken down dishwasher.
