Novo Management Is Ruining This Place
July 23, 2025This is another example of terrible business practices from Novo. They are trying to force people out of the building by increasing their rents to absurd levels. This building doesn't have a single amenity. The appliances are outdated. The utility bills are unpredictably high. Property Management doesn't respond to calls or emails. But Novo prices these units like they're the best building in the area. I wouldn't be surprised if a tenant's union started here. The worst place I’ve lived in DC
July 9, 2025If I could give this place lower than 1 star I would. The building has a serious roach and mouse problem and the previous and new property owners refuse to address it. Our maintenance requests go unanswered for months and when the rent portal goes down your charged a late fee even if it’s not possible to pay. You’re told “you should have figured it out.” I have never had to deal with pests in all my time living in DC. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.Review from Apartments.com
TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
June 3, 2025I have lived in this building for two years. It was a fine place to live before Novo Properties took over in February of this year. They do not communicate with tenants and they do not care about our concerns. I was overcharged by $90 for water/sewer in my last bill starting with when they took over the building. I have emailed and called about this issue and asked what they will do to resolve it. I have heard NOTHING. It's like this building is managed by ghosts. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Find a ...building with property management that actually treats with you respect. This one is not it.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2024I scheduled a tour with Ms.Shanel which went EXCELLENT! She explained each of the units we toured, answered all questions about their 2bd 2ba with Loft. The amount of space in these units are just right. Ms.Shanel even gave me information about the neighborhood, dog park, stores, and public transportation which was good to know so I won't have to drive all the time.
