    Living at the Haven has been a great experience! The amenities, such as the pool, gym, and club house are fantastic to utilize. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and the leasing staff are incredibly kind and diligent. Would recommend to anyone looking to live in the Cranberry area.

    So far ,really great. It has been such a hot summer and my apt. has been very cool and comfortable. I love looking out at the pool and seeing the fire pit in use. I anticipate when the weather is cooler I will be out more walking with the other residents.

    The apartment was definitely a lot smaller than I thought! I can’t even fit my end tables in. On the bright side the maintenance people have been wonderful. And most of the residents have been great!

    I have had a positive experience while living here, the leasing agents are friendly and helpful and neighbors are equally friendly. The grounds are kept clean and it’s always quiet at night. The pool area is very clean. Above all, I feel safe in this community.

    It can pretty loud sometimes. Especially in the summer with the jam sessions at the pool. There are nice walking trails locally. Target is less than a mile. Walk in 15 mins. Its a good location.

    I was truly surprised how luxurious the amenities were when I first came. The outdoors are absolutely beautiful; a lot of seating areas to observe and take in the nature. There’s only one thing slightly upsetting about the place and that is a weird smell as soon as you enter the apartment unit. Otherwise, I’ve only been in the Haven for less than a week, but I’ve had a great experience so far.

    great place to live. love the neighborhood. neighbors are friendly (especially the furry ones). the location is close to multiple shops and restaurants. staff is fantastic.

    When we moved in we were surprised my how large and spacious each room feels in our two bedroom. The giant windows give us so much natural light. The layout is perfect to share with a roommate to have shared spaces, but also your own. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
