June 6, 2025As long as you do as they want when they want you're good. Have trouble with your rent and ask to make partial payment, they can't do it unlike every other complex. Overcome with roaches. July 15, 2024I lived at the Hendrix while they were redesigning and refinishing everything..3/22-3/23. Great neighbors and caring staff. Never had any issues with bugs or anything. Terrible Dust Roaches Noises Old
June 2, 2022Full of roaches, the building structure is old and roaches are in the ground and between the walls, its a nightmare. Also is very noisy from outside and the rooms are very small and bellow any standard. bathrooms have no window and all the steam from the shower has nowhere to go. Also they have no adequate washer and dryer facilities, all the time broken. Worst part is that a construction company uses the space next to this building for depositing sand and gravel from road works and that makes an ...incredible amount of dust and noise. You will waste allot of money for washing your car daily because the dust sets on your car and engine compartment and affects the paint and other systems.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Stay away!
March 9, 2022New management has done NOTHING to improve the quality of life here. What they have done is raise rents by almost 50% and are now charging additional fees for sewer, water, and trash removal. They have also instituted a "Pest Control" fee!
