July 25, 2025The Madison at City Place overall is an awesome apartment community. The amenities available enhance the enjoyment of living here. We love the 24/7 gym, the beautiful pool, and the courtyard with firepit and Adirondack chairs. The management team is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The maintenance crew is super prompt and friendly. We also love that this place is pet-friendly. Our only negative feedback is that the electronic entrance gate is sometimes broken, and it's the only entrance to the ...community. July 16, 2025My husband and I recently moved in, and we couldn’t be happier! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, which makes it such a peaceful place to live. One of our favorite features is the gym — it’s well-equipped, never too crowded, and perfect for our daily workouts. We also absolutely love the pool! It’s a great spot to relax on the weekends or unwind after work, and it really gives the whole place a resort-like feel.
