February 17, 2025The grass is watered way too often in our backyard. It makes it smell weird and the grass dies. The apartment is nice because it is new, but the build seems to be rushed and cheap. I don’t think it will look so nice in a few years. But other than that, it’s good.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2025I typically don’t give places a full review after one month of residing there but I will commend Jessica and Delaney for being very helpful and timely with the leasing process, while I resided in a different state. They answered any questions I had and followed up on making sure I had everything set up for my apartment. As for the apartments, my unit is brand new so no complaint there. The appliances are from good brands and the interior looks very modern. The cell phone reception and WiFi ...connection hasn’t been an issue, but if you want to connect to antennae channels you might find it challenging. Thankfully, that isn’t as important for me. I haven’t used the amenities yet so I can’t give an honest review of them but they seem to be well maintained. I will be curious to see how well this property can handle more challenging inclement weather, but I hear that’s an issue all across Texas. I haven’t had an opportunity to submit a maintenance request or go to a community event yet but if anything stands out, I will update this review.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
