July 25, 2015The apartments here are two beds, two baths, with a full patio and washer and dryer included in the apartments. Each unit comes with two parking spaces in the gated parking garage. Rental price is comparable to the area and close to shopping and freeways.Review from Apartments.com
Where Do I Begin?
July 23, 2015The location is decent enough. In Anaheim, close to my work. I have lived in this apartment for years and have stayed because it is a small complex and I like that. But.... there is major problems with the plumbing, the electrical and the building itself. It is an old building and the owner doesn't make any updates to it. Also, there is a security issue that has been made aware to the owner and again, the owner does not make any changes to protect their tenants. So.. in closing....location is ...good for me, the increasing rent that they have been doing lately is not helpful, but I still pay a little bit less than other complex's in the area.
