No Accountability for Loud Neighbors
November 22, 2024Living here has been nothing short of frustrating. My neighbors are extremely loud, stomping at all hours of the night with zero consideration for others. Despite numerous complaints to the leasing office, nothing gets done. The staff’s response is dismissive at best—they literally told me to "deal with it." When I asked to move to another unit, I was informed I’d have to wait six months before that could even be considered. I’ve documented my complaints with recorded calls and emails, yet the ...leasing office seems uninterested in addressing the issue. This community cares more about filling units and hitting their quotas than ensuring current residents have a livable experience.
