Terrible Apartment
March 29, 2019I lived here, but since a few days later, I realized there is much noise from the tenant upstairs and neighbor next to unit. it makes me crazy every day and night. the terrace is open and neighbors often held a party or the clamor. complained many times to the owner and management office but they said it is their privacy. Excellent place to live
January 31, 2018I lived here for 2 years and it was a great experience. The building is well run and is close to the ferry into NYC. The parking lot, elevator, laundry, gym, and storage lockers made it easy living. MJReview from Apartments.com
