Love my apartment and the staff really care!
October 7, 2024Two months ago I came to Charlottesville, VA from Albany NY. I was not familiar with this area nor the apartment prices. After looking at a few apts. elsewhere, I decided to move to The Ridge at North Pointe because of beautiful apartment selection they have. My apartment is very spacious, clean and has excellent appliances (NEW). They area is very nice with mountains all around, plus tons of stores all within a couple of miles. The staff here were incredible. They really went out of their way to ...make me feel very at ease along with helping to make the best choices not only for my apt., but also where to shop for food, clothes, utilities etc. I give them a *****5 star rating all around***** - Thank you to all the staff for making living easy and conformable.Property Manager Responded

August 19, 2024A few flaws but otherwise great place The staffs are very helpful and super friendly. Although, the room was very dusty inside and outside during move-in. Also, I found that one of the countertop flaps was installed upside down. Also the floors have a lot of paint droplets stains and scratches.
