March 15, 2022I love living here at the Riviera! The parking here is awful, not enough parking spots for all the residents, especially those who don't go to BYU and can't park anywhere else. Everyone should be able to park in a parking spot if they live here, but I understand with space. The riv is really fun! So many amenities! GYM, volleyball, etc! Lots of activities, and GREAT ward and social environment! The riviera management also puts on fun events as well!Review from Apartments.com

March 16, 2022The Riviera has a pool w/hot tub, two laundromat areas (1 large, 1 smaller). Accessble location. A bit pricey, but the rooms are pretty nice and spacious for college dorms. The doors are on the outside of the rooms (rather than an interior hallway) which allows for great airflow when the weather is nice.
