Great Experience & Perfect Home
March 24, 2026We’ve been renting this townhouse for three years now after downsizing, and it has truly been a great experience. The location is perfect for our needs—making commuting easy for me to Augusta and for my husband to Aiken. The staff here have always been courteous, professional, and responsive, which has made a big difference in our day-to-day living. Love The Vista!

Great place and Great Staff!

After needing to downsize and being a homeowner to selling my home and renting a townhome at Vista, I not only have enjoyed how spacious and quiet the neighborhood is but the people here make it that much better. The application process was smooth and user friendly. Brittany and Jihad have gone above and beyond to accommodate in all aspects. Vic and Clint are the real deal and provide top notch service. They have come at the speed of light when I have needed small items fixed and ...have been very personable. It's evident the team here cares about their community and people living here. February 25, 2023Lovely building, lots of fun events (pizza bingo nights, pool parties, ect), a staff that responds Very quickly to all of my needs, pet friendly with so many lovely neighbors.
