March 23, 2026Really appreciate the level of communication at Tiger Village apartments among the front desk staff as well as maintenance. Whenever there is any maintenance or upgrades that have to be done communication is very straightforward about installations whether internet infrastructure, checking furnaces, or upkeep around the property. I always feel that Tiger Village staff and maintenance have been "on the ball" in all areas and really done a great job on all fronts - also appreciate the level of ...creativity and involvement that goes into community events each month whether trivia/game nights, scavenger hunts, puzzle/guessing games, etc., - property is well-maintained and I feel management makes solid efforts in being approachable and hosting events to make guests feel welcome and at home. March 3, 2026I enjoyed my stay at Tiger Village. The community is peaceful, my neighbors are friendly and the management offers the best service. They are accommodating, helpful and warm. The maintenance service is superb. They act in a timely manner. Max and Alyssa are the best. I really appreciate all of them. They always see to it that everything is well. The surrounding is well lit at night and I can say that it is a safe and peaceful environment to live. I also love the community activities and rewards ...that they offer. October 14, 2025Good community, friendly management. The ac works well, haven’t had much for problems. The downsides is small kitchen space and the laundry is located on site but it’s still a downside to walk and do your laundry and pay about 3.50 to do a full set of laundry unless you need to dry longer then it’s gonna cost more.
